Tutorial Time on Speedy TV #4

Happy Friday everyone!!! I know I'm happy!!! Today is our next new tutorial at Tutorial Time on Speedy TV, hosted by Debbie Moran. This technique is called dry embossing. I know many probably have tried this but it's nice to try it again so you can see just how pretty your image can turn out! I used this new beautiful stamp set "Island Life" from Marks Finest Paper/Heinrich Co. I embossed the image and the sentiment. I added some map paper, the dial and the brad holders to give it some accent. Love how this turned out and hope you will too.

My Vintage card

I made this card to enter in the challenge at Speedy TV.  The theme this week is Vintage.  I used the stamp set "Spring Flowers" from Marks Finest.  I sponged the sweet Pansies with distress ink and cut them out, placed them on the stamped frame.  I added some pretty lace around the frame.  I them added some hearts borders, one stamped with a Hello sentiments from Mark Finest, a flower that I made, the sentiment on the side and used some Papertrey Ink CS for the base of my card.

My card for this weeks challenge at CardMakers

I made this card today for the weekly challenge at Card Makers.  The lovely hostess this week is Susie.  The theme is anything goes...and she chose for us to do a Tent topper.  I received this stamp set for my card from last months swap at Speedy TV.  I love how the card turned out.  If you are interested in the stamp set you can get it at Marks Finest Paper a Heinrick Company.  They have some beauty's..  4 new sets are coming this week.
