Tutorial Time on Speedy TV. #35 ~ Faux Frosting

Here is my card done with this technique. I struggled with this and I am not to happy how this turned out. I need more practice!!! :(

I tried to make water and added the glitter glue on the fins of the Angel Fish.  I sprinkled some small sparkles to the Sea Horse.  I tied some glittery tulle to tie it all in...
