Tutorial Time on Speedy TV ~ # 37 ~ Concertina Card

Today we are showcasing this fun postage stamp set.  I fell in love with it when I saw it!!!  I love anything to do with postage... I did two cards the first is a vintage feel...

I also used a set from Mark's Finest to stamp the flowers.

 

 

My second card is more of a fun colorful take on the postage set.

 

I wanted to post my Sneak Peek cards today being that it is our last day of our February hop.

My first card is using the set "Love Script".

The stamp set we are showcasing today is so cute and perfect for Spring.  I love the umbrella and the boots.
Here is my card...

I used some paper that I found that I have had for a long time and thought it was cute with the raindrops.  The umbrella was stamped, cut out, and tied with bakers twine.  I stamped the boots and cut them out, stamped the clouds and the sentiment and added a bit of lace with bakers twine woven in and some punched layers.

Below is the first card that I did to showcase this beautiful set.

 

Just a fun spring card using the " Happy Birthday" sentiment and the sweet Humming Bird.  I added the flower at the top a few buttons and banner.

 

Below is the second card done with this new set...

  

I water colored the flowers and the Humming Bird on this card.  I distressed the frame and cut it out with my Spellbinder die and layered it on top of a larger die.  I cut a banner to add behind the frames.  I used this pretty paper, a bit of lace for a banner at the bottom, pearls on top and a small tie for the button.   The tag is stamped with the Hello sentiment.

My card for the hop today is showcasing this cute set for St. Paddy's day!!!

I found this paper that fit perfectly for this theme.  I made two small tags and stamped the pot with shamrocks on one.  The other tag I used the plaid stamp from "Kilt Fun " set and stamped the 4 leaf clover, cut it out and added it to the other.  I really like all the sentiments but chose the Lucky Charm one!  I found some orange with green striped ribbon in my stash and thought it went nicely with the lucky border...
