Tutorial Time on Speedy TV. #51

Welcome back to another fun tutorial from our design team member Pat.  She will be showing you how to create a  "Floating Spinner Card".  This is such a great card and I absolutely will be making more of these.  I loved the way this turned out and I hope you will give it a try.

I used Mark's Finest Papers stamp set " Flap My Wattles".
