Tutorial Time on Speedy TV #74

Happy Friday and welcome to the Tutorial Time Challenge on Speedy TV.  This week we have a tutorial by Lagene...  She has a great technique to show you it's called "Paper Towel Sculpting"  At first I thought I wouldn't get how to do this but when I started it was fun and easy.  The hardest part was waiting for it to dry!!!  I loved the way this turned out...
