Tutorial Time on Speedy TV # 77

Happy Friday!!!  I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Today our tutorial is brought to you by Lis Robinson. She is showing how to use masking tape on your card.  Sounds strange huh but it really is an effective technique to add some texture to your projects. You can find the tutorial here.
 Here is my example.
I decided to take the masking tape a little further.  I cut it out with a scalloped die, embossed it, and stamped the piece with the leaves. The same is stamped on the rectangle piece and then a background stamp. An added flower and some pretty design paper and there you have it!  I really love the effect of this and will for sure use it again.
The stamps used are from Mark's Finest Stamps you can find them here.
"Be Virtuous"
"Cracked Hello"
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have time to join us this week.  Remember you have a chance to win a cute stamp set.

Jane

101 Ways and Counting Column on Speedy TV.

I wanted to post the money card I did for my weekly column over at Speedy TV.  I had so much fun creating this with the deer design paper and the boarder dies.  I love these two stamp sets also!  The deer stamp on the front is a new set being released next week at the blog hop for Mark's Finest Papers.  The pine cones, pines, and sentiment are a mini set "Greetings of the Season" you can find at the shop.  I used my new envelope punch board to create the tab on the inside to hold the money.  You can find the tutorial here on Stampin with Tami  to make this.
Here is my money card holder...

Hope you give this a try and thanks for stopping by today,
