Spring Thing!!!!

Another card to post today... I made this for the challenge at Papertake weekly and a few others. I loved the paper from Basic Gray and it inspired me to do a Spring Thing!!!

I just love Crafty Secret Clear Art Stamps so I used this darling set called Altered Art. I found this cute vintage gift boutique a while ago and she carries the prettiest ribbons. That is where the ribbon came from. The punches are the new MS flowers. The bling is from Basic Gray along with the paper.

A card for a friend...

Hi all,
I made this quick card today for a challenge over at Cardmakers. It was hosted this week by Golda. The theme was to do a white card with just a touch of color. This is what I came up with...

I used a cuttlebug folder and nesties to do this card. I used a SU punch for the small hearts. MS heart punch for the bottom.

Happy Monday everyone!!!
This is the first free image in the Splendid Stamping with The Greeting Farm Relay challenge this week. This is going on all week. You need to hurry and get this image and make a card before 6:00 pm central time today to be able to get tomorrows cute image free. If you can keep making cards everyday with the images you will end up with 6 free ones. All I can say is WOW!!! I love the first two and can't wait to see the rest...

A Challenge Card at Cardmakers...

Hi all,
This week at Cardmakers the weekly challenge is hosted by Jeanette. The challenge is to use a picture or something from a magazine to make a card. I used a picture from Country Living. They have a section called old and new so I used the apron and an old stove for my card and cut the saying out to use it too.

My paper is from Cosmo Cricket, punches MS & SU.

A Swap Card...

Hi all,
I just wanted to share a card with you that I did for a swap on SCS. You were to use your favorite Papertrey Ink stamp set. You had to use an image and a sentiment. I choose my set that I just love... Scattered Showers. Cute cute cute set... I found this appropriate for all the rain that everyone has been receiving.



The umbrella is stamped in SU real red ink, paper is Cosmo Cricket, buttons are Making Memories, punches, MS. and EK Sucess, ribbon from Michael's.

A Birthday card and a New Challenge Blog!!!

Hi, I am so excited to let you all know about a new challenge blog that you can FIND HERE. The site is called "I Love Digi Challenge". My friend and design team member Dawnn sent me an email to let me know about this fun site. It sounds like great fun. Here is my entry for the challenge. All you were required to do is use a digi. I love this cute Birthday gal so I made this card for a dear friend's Birthday... I loved the saying too...




I used my new watercolour paints to color her, added stickles to her hair to make it gray up more. Used my nesties to cut her out and also the tag. My paper is from SU and the punch is MS. Ribbon and brad from my stash...

I loved this cupcake image that I got at Stretch N Bubbles as a freebie. Alison has 200 followers and to celebrate she is offering this darling cupcake. I used SU reinkers to color the image. I cut the wrapper and frosting apart and used my crimper on the wrapper to make it pop. I used stickles and buttons to finish the top. The paper is from SU and DCWV. The buttons are Making Memories. The ribbon and stamp are from Michael. MS punches.

Hi everyone... Today I did this card for a challenge over at Cardmakers MB. The theme this week hosted by Terrie is to make a monochromatic card. Well I couldn't resist this cute little kitty and to make her all pink... Alison has some really cute digi's so go take a look. Some are FREE!!!
I also entered this card in a sketch challenge at Lord Have Mercy.

I used pink as my color. Embossed the bottom layer and used tattered rose distressing ink on the raised embossing. The paper is form my stash I can't remember who makes it. The punched flower is a new MS punch. Love it!!!! The hearts are nesties. The rest is from my stash.

Life Is A Bowl Of Cherries???

I did this card for a challenge over at the Cardmakers MB. I entered it in the weekly challenge hosted this week by a wonderful member from Russia, Angelina... Our challenge was to use textile somewhere on our card. I used some printed canvas border strip that already had a scollop border cut. I had some lace that just topped it off nicely. Added some check ribbon and a saying cut with the nestie hearts and there you have it..

Snowballs 5 cents!!!!

Hi all... Today I did a card using one of the cute digi images from Stretch N Bubbles. Hop on over and check out all the darling images Alison has to offer. They are all so very very cute!!! I loved this snowman and had to make him wishing he wasn't going to melt. The sentiment reads if you can't see it to good "Is my melting inching me toward the unemployment line???". I dug out some of my Designer papers, different designs, from Making Mem. I used water colors to color him to match the paper. I made him distressed of course... you guessed it... I LOVE VINTAGE!!! I did the sentiment on the computer, the snowflakes are MS and Marvy. The buttons are from Making M. I am going to enter him in a few challenges. Don't forget to check out Stetch N Bubbles.
