Tutorial Time on Speedy TV #66

Welcome to another Tutorial on Speedy TV brought to you this week by Davi  She is showing us how to make a cute "dimensional" shoe.  I made mine for Halloween.  This looks complicated but it's really quite easy...  Here is my design...
