Tutorial Time on Speedy TV #103

Welcome to our Friday tutorial.  Today's tutorial is brought to you by Lois. She will be showing you a great tutorial on how to do a "Pillow Top" background  on your cards.  You can find the directions HERE on Speedy TV.
Here is my example card
 This was a fun technique and created such a nice background.  For my card I used several sets from Mark's Finest Papers you can find them HERE.
