Tutorial Time on Speedy TV # 104

Welcome to our Friday tutorial.  Today's tutorial is brought to you by Lis. She will be showing you a great tutorial on how to use "Cling Wrap" to make a pretty background  on your cards.  You can find the directions HERE on Speedy TV.

 This was a fun technique and created a perfect background for my patriotic card. I used this set
