Tutorial Time on Speedy TV #123

Welcome to our Friday tutorial.  Today's project is brought to you by Barb. 
 She will be showing you a great tutorial called "Water Color with Gelatos".

Here is my card...  I used the Gelatos to color the Poinsettia.

The stamp set is from Mark's Finest Papers
