Tutorial Time on Speedy TV #94

Welcome to this weeks Tutorial Time Challenge.  Today our tutorial is brought to you by Lois.  She is showing us how to do "Sponged Sunrays" on your projects.  You can find the tutorial Here.

This is an easy way to create a cute sunny background.  I haven't done this before but I sure like the end results.  I used papers from Echo Park, the rainbow and one of the clouds are cutouts from them also.

Good Morning and welcome to my column..

Today my theme is Monochromatic.  I decided to do a card in white and yellow.
