Tutorial Time On Speedy TV

Good Morning and welcome to my blog...  I would love to tell you about a new and exciting tutorial challenge that starts today on Speedy TV. This event will take place every Friday on there blog and all are welcome to participate.  Every entry that is submitted during that week will be entered into a random drawing to win a free stamp set.  Believe me they are absolutely DARLING so don't miss out.  I was fortunate to have been chosen to be on the design team for the group. I am extremely honored to create cards with the lovely stamp sets that Marks Finest Paper/A Heinrich Co. have to offer.
Our first Designer and Challege hostess is Tammylee and she is going to start with a fun technique using distress ink and markers.  I have made a card with this technique below using  "Flap my Wattles" and Chicken Wire" stamp sets.  I have left the links for you to stop by and play this week.
Thanks so much for visiting and come back soon!!!
Hugs to all xxx

  6. Like the Chickens & whimsy sentiment. Tried the technique. Tried a couple Tim Holtz colors for background (Wild Honey & Broken China) each on different paper not together. Used Tiger stamp from Big Cats and my coloring with Prisma Color markers that my daughter gave me made the Tiger look too dark/scary. I know Tigers are wild but they are bee-utiful looking unlike my colored image. I'm thinking I may need an image with less detail or lighter color coloring. I have Oopsy Daisy and am going to give it a try.
