Tutorial Time on Speedy TV # 8

Welcome to another Friday and my post for Tutorial Time on Speedy TV.  This week we have a great technique challenge  to try from one of our  talented design team members Kathy Bradley.   She is showing us how to do a Spotlight card. You can find it here.  I had fun doing this challenge as it was easy and fast.  I liked how it turned out and hope you do to.
I used this really cute new stamp set  "Garden Art " from Marks Finest Paper and stamps a Heinrich Co.  Here is my card for this week...

Don't forget to give this a try...because you could win this fabulous stamp set  .  All you have to do is make a card using this technique  and post it on Tutorial Time at Speedy TV.  If you use one of Marks Finest Paper a Heinrich Co. stamp sets your name will be counted twice.  I hope to see lots of cute cards this week.  Last weeks cards were great!!!

    Jane, your card is so cute and love the little gnome image that you used.
    The highlight image is colored just perfectly.

    Your card is just adorble! I love the spotlighted flower with the darling gnome and your BG and borders are wonderful as well!
