Tutorial Time on Speedy TV ~ # 60

Welcome to our Friday tutorial hosted this week by Thrifty Stamper .  She will be showing us how to make snow out of Styrofoam...  Who would of ever though?  I didn't have the right kind so I had to improvise with what I could find.  I do wish I would of had the kind you find in the craft stores.  I think it turns out better.  So here is my card done with this fun technique...

I used quite a few sets from Mark's Finest Papers to create my scene.  I have been asked to post a tutorial on Speedy TV to show how I created this card.  So stay tuned!!!
