Tutorial Time on Speedy TV # 62

Welcome to our Friday challenge and tutorial at Speedy TV.  This week our tutorial is brought to us by Lis. She will be showing us how to make this cute  "Tip Holder".  It's really easy and makes a nice little holder to put a tip in for any recipient.  Here is what I made...
