Tutorial Time on Speedy TV # 110

Welcome to our Friday tutorial.  Today's project is brought to you by Barbie.  She will be showing you a great tutorial called "Stenciling with Colored Pencils" this week.

This was fun.  I had a cute heart stencil and combined it with an Embossing Folder.

    I like how you used the embossing folder with the hearts to complement your stenciling. Cute card!
